Service Description: This dataset contains lane configuration and count for Utah state highways in accordance to the HPMS lanes definition. The HPMS manual defines lanes as the number of through lanes according to striping. Collector, weaving, frontage, parking/turning, acceleration/deceleration, toll, truck climbing, and shoulders are not included in the lane count. This dataset was produced in February 2018 using data collected by Mandli Communications in the summer of 2017.
