Service Description: This map compiles the GIS data prepared for the I-80 and US-40 Wildlife Studies completed for UDOT in 2011 and 2012. The studies looked at wildlife-vehicle collisions hotspots for big game species and identified mitigation activities for the hotspot areas. Data included: existing bridge infrastructure, proposed mitigation features, carcass data analysis, and supportive data used in the analysis. This map displays a one-time study and is not updated to reflect new wildlife-vehicle collisions or construction activities for the study area.
